**UPDATE** All our properties are available to use via our self-check-in feature. Access codes will be provided electronically and valid for the duration of your stay.
Prior to your arrival, the property will be cleaned to a high standard with products known to eliminate the COVID-19 virus.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our properties, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss.
Whilst we hope you have an amazing stay at our guest homes we do ask that you observe the following:
• Please respect our neighbours when entering or leaving the property and keep any noise to a reasonable level at all times.
• Should you host visitors, in addition to booked guests, we ask that they be kept to a reasonable number. Any visitors, not booked to stay overnight, must vacate the property by 9:00pm.
• No parties or events of any kind are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted in any of our properties.
• No pets allowed.
• No food or drink in bedrooms.
• Check-out is by 10:30am on your departure day. Our cleaning team usually arrive shortly after this.
• Please lock up and secure the property on departure.
• Please note that if the property is left very untidy and dirty with excessive rubbish, we will need to charge an extra fee of £50 for unexpected cleaning. Should the level of additional cleaning extend beyond 90 minutes, then the charge will increase proportionately.
